If this threshold is not met by January 1, 2034, the market resolves to "No." Electoral votes are counted based on apportionment at the time of enactment, excluding states that have withdrawn, had their membership invalidated by a final court ruling, or have unfulfilled conditional adoptions. The market will close early if the "Yes" condition is met, otherwise it closes on January 1, 2034, at 10:00 am EST.
